This Western Dressage Test & Class Submission Form and associated fees must be received for points to be applied towards any “recorded horse” from each WDAA recognized show. An administrative fee of $10 per test or class from which points will be applied must accompany the WDAA Test & Class Submission Form.
Reporting is due no later than 30 days after the show(s) date. The form covers only one horse and rider combination for each recognized show(s). Additional horse and rider combinations must be submitted through their own separate online form. The horse must have a WDAA Lifetime Identification Number and the rider and owner must both be WDAA members in good standing at the time of show(s) and this form’s submission.
- No points can be earned for tests scored less than 60% (do not submit tests that are below 60%).
- No points can be earned for rail class placement below 6th place or for classes having 2 or fewer competitors (do not submit results for classes that do not meet the criteria to earn points)
We strongly recommend submitting scores and placings using the user-friendly online form with payment by PayPal. Your scores will be available on the web site the next day after the form is completed. This will prevent delays in posting the scores and will also prevent us misreading a hand-written number. However, if you prefer to prepare a written form and pay by check, you can print out this Test & Class Submission Document and mail it in with your payment check.
NOTE: A copy of each Test or Class result must be submitted, showing the Test Score or Class Placement with Judge’s signature, Name of Show, Show Date and Location along with your horse information. Be prepared and have the document(s) scanned and saved on your computer as a PDF or JPG file. Feel free to combine all copies into one upload or zip file. You may also make copies and mail them to the address listed on the document.
